COMPLAINT FOR DEPT OF HOME AFFAIRS

<p>Last year August I apply for change of surname when I check on November the application was not captured.</p> <p> </p> <p>I check again on March still nothing till I drop the email for head office and King Williams Town branch.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its almost a year now and its frustrating to me an my child, things are stuck for my daughter</p>
