COMPLAINT - DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS

I requested an Unabridged Marriage Certificate from the Randburg Home Affairs Department on the 13th October 2019 and was told it would take 6 - 8 weeks. Well low and behold, I still do not have it. Every time I call Home Affairs Customer Services I get told the same thing that "they they are looking through the Archives". Now clearing "Archives" is in one hell of a mess as they are still looking through it since October 2019. I WANT MY UNABRIDGED CERTIFICATE end of story. What does one need to do, to actually get something from our Government?
