Complaint about Home Affairs staff at service points

There is a lady by the name of Lesego, surname is either Dikobe or Dikolobe. She is very rude and unwilling to help, she’ll behave as if she is doing you a favour. I suggest we find better s****ed and more customer friendly public servants.
