Complaint about Home Affairs in Khayelitsha

I've been standing in que since 11am this morning employes had just informed us that they are taking the last 5 people then that's it for the day. After a very hectic argument with a cleaner saying they are also humans they don't need pressure. The gates closed at 3 instead of 3:30 mind you the the operating time is 8 am - 4pm. I'm heavily pregnant 7 and half months pregnant and have been standing in this que for the past 3 and half hours only to be told that I'm not gonna be helped this is my forth time coming to this office with no help it's frustrating we as the community is very frustrated because when we complain the staff gets ****ed. I need to do my ID because I'm going on Maternity leave month end of November. Please advise as to what are we to do as the community of Khayelitsha. The management of Home Affairs department in Khayelitsha does not care about the people. Cwayitha Somdlaliso is one of the staff members and she's saying that at 3 o'clock they close the gate because they have people they are helping inside so who ever is still out side they don't care because they must go home at 3:30pm
