Complaint

Worst service in history, this branch takes the cup when it comes to bad customer service. even has issues with the department not returning my emails or them answering their calls. their national call centre line is the worst. this institution really needs management that is hands-on and the response rate is non-existant.. to date no one can give me answers with regards to my son's ID Application and why it has been declined even after submitting all documents requested. worse is his unabridged certificate after 5 years has not been issued. what a disgrace
