Complaint

This office is deliberately failing its community, who cuts a line @14:00 while you closing @15:30. We come early its offline we come in the afternoon we hear such excuses from people who clearly don't wanna serve the community come on guys, we also got WORK to do and attend to we can't be going up and down in Home Affairs offices like we looking for ******* documents.

Their office opened @08:30 today why couldn't they close atleast @4/5 and assist the remaining people that came on time. We begged people who don't wanna do their Job from 2-3 to give us service, the answer remained we won't be giving out numbers to anyone after 2.
