Complaining about home affairs not helping me wit an I.d

I'm having a problem with home affairs I dont have parent n I am a south africA citizen and I dont have an I.d so I went to umngeni home affairs in durban they didn't help me .but they do help other people that have the same situation like me .I went there several time.i have a baby she 1 year and she doesn't have a birth certificate and it stress me alot because I cant even get a job i even drop out of school in my matriculation because they couldn't help me to get my i.d .I need an I.d because I cannot open a bank account,work or do anything but I'm a south african citizen .......now all I'm asking too u plz help me
