Complain adn unhaapy

Morning.

Why can't I get assistance in this matter. i must be forced to spend R2000 to go fetch a passport in cape town due to your incompetence with what money? is this what South Africans have to go to, to get service in their own country?

I'm escalating this mater, I'm forwarding this email to media, broadcasters and news outlets to expose the state of collapse in our home affairs department. at some point someone must be held responsible for this matter, that's been going on since last year October.

as per your request I've received no phone call or email regarding help with my passport from anyone at your department. I'm not sure if it's lack of time or lake of will to services civilians.

or should I do what Zimbabweans do and cross the border *******ly, just to go get married?

I did give Mr Platjies a call regarding my case, and he referred me to another person (nazeem andrews ***) who intern would refer me back to the alexandra home affairs again, they still insist I'm the one to call the capetown office to arrange for my passport to be delivered at alexandra. the alexandra branch/office claims it's not their mandate to redirect my passport to their offices, capetown should arrange this.

i seem to be getting a run around instead of assistances. i'm fresh out of ideas and filled with disappointment with the entire home affairs service.

Passports are dispatched to the office according to office selected on application. I think you should call Mr S Platjies at Capetown office and he will advise on how he can then assist you.

I have a challenge of collecting my passport. I app**** for my passport to be issued at the Alexandra home affairs office in Wynberg. instead it was routed to cape town Wynberg. I tried calling the Wynberg office (nazeem.andrews) in cape town to try arrange for it to be deliver to Alexandra or Edenvale but their phones always rings without anyone answering it. I've been trying for weeks now and no winning to my case. I then tried calling the Alexandra branch for help and they keep asking me to call the Wynberg office myself to get them to post my passport to Alexandra.

I don't know what to do, who to turn to, who to call and get help with this. I just finished paying lobola for a bride in Lesotho, I'm getting married soon and yet I have no travel documents to cross to Lesotho.
