complain about delays of home affairs which fails me.

Good Morning. My name is Portia Bonisile Mahoko,I'm 19 year old. I'm from Katlehong2 in Tsietsi. Me and my sister app**** for late birth certificate along with ID in 2016, because we did not have them due to some certain reasons. The time we app**** i was doing grade 10 and she was in grade 11. we needed Identical Documents since we were both close to matriculate. We did all the procedures that they told us we need to follow even interviews, Then my sister got hers and i never got mine. I went to check because i did not understand why, they kept on giving me reasons which were not valid. Year after year i went to check, until 2019 when they told me i have to go for DNA test with my mother to prove that she is my biological mom which was R700 per person . We then went for it in March 2019 and at that year i was in a gap year i can say not that i had a choice because i finished school 2018 so i could not go for tertiary without ID. Results of DNA came out saying they are 99.9998% (the DNA matches meaning she is my mother) around August 2019. Went to Home Affairs and submitted the results, I was then told to wait for another interview. I have been waiting for another interview since 2019 until today. I can not find any job or either go for tertiary my life is stuck and they not saying anything. When i go to check what is the reason for the interview to be not conducted they giving attitudes and telling me that the file is not no longer with them. They are delaying everything and i really do not know why. It now 5years since i app**** for my late Birth certificate and ID.
