We app**** for a passport on the 5th of April 2019, And still did not receive anything. We are due to travel the end of May and they say the passport application is not done yet and it is more that 21 days there, They say they cannot tell us when it will be done. We do not get any info from them at all, Just say they will send an email to the department but yet every time we phone there is no update at all.
