COLLECTIONS = TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!!

<p>They are refusing people entry for collection since 10 o'clock this morning, said they are only taking 70 people.... this is totally insane, people have been waiting for hours.... there are only 3 people working in the collections department, its not rocket science and surely they can move at a faster pace.... TOTALLY DISGUSTED</p>
