Collection of ID and System Offline

My Husband and I app**** for new IDs firstly we had to go back twice for the home affairs lines were filled till outside.....there were only two people sitting at desks then they say systems are slow......We then went the next day at 6 in the morning to start standing in line and only got done at 11 afternoon.We received our notification for collection tuesday and when we arrived to collect on friday at 14:00 we were told the systems are offline for collections.It is pathetic how its always the systems fault when its close to closing time.
