Citizenship problems

Hi,i am a pakistani national and living in south africa since 2003.i hold a residential permit and non citizen id since 2006.i app**** for naturlization/citizenship in 2010 in cape town and was keep waiting.they hand over a paper to the manager of the company(nashua mobile) where i was working whithout notifying me.i was divorced and remarried in 2015 and have a child in 2018.i present all the neccessary documents to home affair bellvile and home affair capetown citizenship department and gave them the reason why i didint come for the interview because they havnt notify me or call me,they rather hand over the notification to my employer and i only receieved it when the company dissolve but they dont want to accept it.the lady in citizenship department said i must find my ex-wife and bring her with and then she will give me the answer and the guy in barrack street said they cant do anything about my application and if they find me complaing again then they will deport me.i sent various emails to home affair head office about it and couple of times i received the reply(after 5months and they advised me that i must reapply in the nearest home affair and when i went back to barrack street and show them the email they still threat me that i must not come to home affair again. I called head office and explain the situation and they said" they dont know what to do".i even tell the lady on the phone that calls are recorded and you still telling me that u dont know what to do but of course they know i am a foreigner and no one will listen to me then why should they.i am living almost 17 years in this country,my wife and child is south african,whenever we travel together then i must apply for my seperate visa and go through different channels.i pay my taxes and i was never been involve in any ******** activities but looks like its still not good enough to be a loyal citizen.
