Child’s birth certificate

I gave birth on the 28th of February at ghandi’s was discharged in the 2cn of march. Went back to go do my child’s certificate cz I was told they had an home affairs in hospital , when I got there lady gave me new forms which I completed once again And told me to go to department of home affairs for the certificate. So I decided to atleast wait and went to the home affairs the following wensday, got there with the paper I was given was told that I must go to the consultant to fetch my babies certificate . Consultanrt then asked fr my I’d number and checked on the screen told me tht it shows I got no children I told her that it’s almost a week since I gave birth she had said tht I should come back after a week now my worrybis that I was suppose to go claim at labor I cant even move coz I’m stuck I needed the birth certificate along so I can go once at labor now become of the delays at the hospital or the home affairs I’m suffering financially . I wasted my money tht I could have saved to buy nappies fr my child to go fetch a certificate that wasn’t even there and which I really need coz I still gotta go Uif with to claim and be able to get paid and support my child now I’m stuck because of a piece of paper I’m even scared to even waste my money once more n go check again this week because I might be told that it’s not yet captured and I’ve just got the last cents which I had saved to go labor everybody in my community was well suprises of this matter when I got home that day even I myself bck I can’t even buy my child nappies because I gotta wait fr the certificate and go once at labor what has this world turned into. Can’t atleast they change the system in which they work in and atleast sms or email us or give a certain date either then we waste money n tym queing up for nothing .
