Child Birth certificate problem

I have app**** for a rectification of parents details on my child's birth certificate since 2017 february/March to date I haven't got a proper answer, instead all I get is come back on this day then when I go I find another person who starts the process from zero. I tried to get to the department's call center, from that side the response is call after 7 or 14 working days. I tried to go Pretoria head office, it even got worse cause I was sent from piller to post, "this office is not for the public, this is for foreign people, go back where you app**** the certificate' all offices in Pretoria no help. I even tried to send the e-mail to the ministers address, not sure if he got it or what. Almost 2 years without any proper help. Where ever O go I need that certificate, e.g my child attends regular check ups at hospital, I can't afford to pay, so they need proof that he gets social Grants, of which he doesn't cause he's been cut off, all of this happens with a birth certificate. Please can I get help!
