change of surname takes two years?????

<p>firstly everytime i go too home affairs especially in roodepoort i end up standing around for over 2hours waiting for someone to assist me just to tell me i must still wait (ive been waiting for two years now) as i change my sons surname, i app**** the 17 july 2015 and till today no changes has been made. too make matters worse the guys have attitudes and the ladies walk their shoes scew swaying their behinds for i dont know who but just to help it takes over two hours and with no HELP cause i have too keep coming back yet no one on their side does anything more, NOW MY SONG IS GOING TO SCHOOL AND IM SURE ILL HAVE TO REGISTER HIM WITH THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE WITH AN OLD SURNAME. USELESS................................................................</p>
