change of marital staus fron married to devorced

I was devorce on 29/07/2013. On 18 February 2015 I again handed in my devore paper (at Department of Home Affairs Kempton Park) that I received from the court to change my marital status. They said it will be changed within 6 to 8 weeks. About 2 weeks ago I resend it to the following email address and they promis it will be change soon (***) but up till now my status still reflect as married. Everytime I phone *** but still my status is married. My ID number to follow it up is ***. (Christa Barnard)
