Change of fathers details and change of surname.

How does one get home affairs to do there job???? I am lost for words how frustrated I am with the DHA. My husband and I have gone through the adoption of my son over 3 and a half years ago and now we have waited for the father's details and surname to change???? It cannot be so hard to just change the details on your system with all the documentation in front of you????? Seriously! I am pregnant and need to fly asap! We cannot leave this country until this has been done! I have phoned non stop for the last 6 months and it feels as if the call centre is just there to spin you a bull **** story to try keep you calm for a week!! Would it help if I came and helped you put the new details on the system. I am More than happy to come do your job for you!!! Anything just to get this going. So sad that you do not help for a service that has been paid for! Please can someone not help us get this done?
