CERTIFICATES NOT ISSUED

Home Affairs Suck. Both Edenvale and Pretoria. We app**** for unabridged marriage and birth certificates on the 2/12/2014 and 15/01/2015. Our Marriage Certificate came back with my ex married name incorrect. Home Affairs refuse to change it and have acknowledged they messed up. My Father was born in Pretoria in 1936. They say he was never born in SA. I have a copy of his Birth Certificate. They have closed the case because he took up his British Citizenship. My Mother's unabridged certificate is still in the system. We know that Home Affairs experienced a Fire which destroyed many historical records . Be honest and tell us the truth why you cant issue a Vault Copy of my Dad's Birth Certificate even though we sent you a certified vault copy . Thank God we are leaving South Africa. We can't wait to fly out and guess what Home Affairs we did it without you. My Pity to anyone else that is and has experienced the same inefficiencies from our beloved Home Affairs. Catch a wake up Home Affairs. You don't want us whites in your Country yet you make it so difficult for us to get our original documents to leave.
