Centurion Home Affairs

Department of Home Affairs is very vague, as they do not tell you in advance that you need to book an appointment to collect you documents then on top of that the Centurion Home Affairs does not let you collect without an appointment, you need to arrange appointment first otherwise you can not collect. Take note the service is very very poor and there is absolutely no communication.
