Can't log in - Old number so can't receive OTP
New number since creating a profile on your website and as such i cannot receive the OTP to log in.
I really need to be able to log in to book an appointment to renew my passport.
Please can we either change my number on my profile or delete the profile entirely and i'll reregister with the new phone number or even let the OTP go to my email address.
I've tried phoning in and no answer. Please urgently assist.
