Cannot keep street address updated

I had to get a new ID book and see that it is now an ID card. I went to the department of home affairs in Durban but the first 3 address online were all wrong and the department had moved to another address. When I eventually got there I was helped fine but the department of home affairs should really think about keeping their street address updated so people can actually find it!
