Can't get hold of Home Affairs

I am currently in Australia and am desperately trying to get hold of the Wynberg Home affairs branch in order to locate my unabridged marriage certificate which I app**** for in November 2014. I have tried emailing and calling on numerous occasions using all the different numbers provided (I couldn't manage to phone the 0800 number from Australia). Can someone please contact me via email and provide a direct number that I can cal where someone will actually pick up the phone or allow me to provide information via email as to where my certificate is so I can arrange a family member (who has all necessary documents) to come and collect it.
