Caledon Departement of Home Affairs

Caledon Home Affairs have unfriendly staff and they are under staffed. We waited 3 and a half hours in the sun, without the line even moving. Nobody keeps you posted if you would be helped on the day. There are empty seats inside and if you ask to just sit inside for a while to get out of the sun, they say it is what it is and you need to wait in the sun. It was an awful experience.
