<p>went to benoni home affairs on the 15/09/2015 to change my son surname on his birth cetificate .</p> <p>me and the dad did the application as requested the we where told that the turn around time for us to receive feed back or the cetificate will be betwen 6 to 12 months which i fine as long .. ok no problem</p> <p> </p> <p>we waited 12months passed meaning 2016 /09/15</p> <p> </p> <p>we went to the home affairs again to find out how far they are with the cetificate of the child response the cetificate was not done</p> <p>we spoke to the maneger who promised us that she will sort this out as we were told to do the application again . we did it..</p> <p> </p> <p>today 29/12/2016</p> <p>i called the home affairs call center to find out feed back and how far the where with the cetificate to my surprise the cetificate is still not done what is worse is that the second applicatetion which we did was not even sent ..</p> <p> </p> <p>on their system is still showing the last year one which is still pending</p> <p> </p> <p>im so not happy with this as it has resulted that my son does not have a pre school to go to next yaer because of the \cetificate not yet done which takem me a year and month just to change a surname..</p> <p> </p> <p>i spoke to thuli millie</p> <p>who confirmed that my son cetificate was not done even today</p> <p>ref/ ********** 318 of call</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>i dont no what to do or where to start</p> <p> </p>
