broken scanner

Good Day<br> <br> I went to home affairs in Somerset West this morning for the 2nd time in 1 month with my daughter just to find out that the scanner is still not working. How the hell can the scanner not be replaced or fixed from November 2015. Now they are telling me I can go to Stellenbosch or Belleville. A home affairs office was opened here to for the convenience that the people won't have to travel so far. I live in strand why must I travel so far. Really now this is patethic
