Brits Department of Home Affairs, has the worst customer service, I've been going there ever since the 28 October 2024 trying to get my child's birth certificate they will take you from pillar to post, the last time I went I was told to sit and wait for a person who is in charge of those after 2hours, then I was told that there is no person working in that station I had to leave.
