Brilliant service by the Department of Home Affairs (Centurion)

I went to Home Affairs a few days ago to do my passport. The process was so smooth and seamless. In less than a week, I get an SMS saying my passport is ready for collection. This is the kind of service we expect from government institutions and I wish the DHA could keep it up. I hope the other departments are watching too.
