Brakpan home affairs lazy branch

This is strictly for the Brakpan branch. I made an application on the last week of March and when I was about to pay they switched off the main switch so I had to come back again as it was already 16:30 PM. On the 6th of March I came back to pay and all was well. I noticed that I didn't receive any communication from home affairs regarding my application so I decided to go there and to my surprise there was no application under my name. I re-did my photos and fingerprints but up until today (3 weeks) there is no application for my ID and passport(which I need by the 11th of April). I've been sent from pillar to post and no one seems to know how to link my payment to my application. I'm defeated
