Birth certificates

Truly Disappointing that my wife and i app**** for change of Surname for our daughters in December 2021 but surprisingly we haven’t received them till date, or we’re being told they’re not ready? What’s so ****** hard for y’all to attend to those certificates? How long must we wait for them? We can’t run up and down like headless chicken whereas we followed the relevant process of applying for them? We can’t always call the call centre also
