Birth Certificate Surname Change

App**** for a new birth certificate for my daughter since January and was told it will take maximum 6 months and I must keep following up I have been doing so and till today no success with my child certificate and it's affecting her at school .... I call almost everyday if there is an answer Im told I need to follow up how many times must one miss work because of home affairs are we even taken seriously at all the service is so bad it's scary
