Birth certificate app**** for 07/14 not received

Unabridged birth certificate app**** for July 2014 ( I had an unabridged birth certificate but it was handwritten).<br> In March 2015 I was told there was no record of the birth and asked for more documents- these were then lost despite my having a tracking no. I resubmitted those documents in April. I am travelling overseas in June and am desperate. I have been to Home Affairs in Randburg 4 times
