Birth certificate and passport of infant(SA parents) born in Ireland. Our baby girl is older than 9 months and to this day, she has not been issued with a birth certificate and passport for an infant born in Ireland. We(that is the parents and grandparents) of our new baby girl has been trying to phone, email and talk to various centers of Home Affairs, both in SA and at the SA Embassy in Dublin, Ireland, to no avail. No emails are acknowledged and no phone numbers are answered. They said it would take 6 months, but we have nothing. They are priding themselves for all the new tech, but it certainly doesn't help us. What are we to do?
