Birth certificate

<p>Last year, March the 17th I requested and paid for my decased Moms birth certificate and since then we wnt back to the Randburg office to find out if teir was any further news regarding any progress but alas nothing. I paid again for it and have phoned them numerous times only to be put on hold and then cut off. I am not an ugly person who would get cross or nasty. I did get through to them twice but I was told it had been escalated.I have heard nothing from them and soon it will be a year. My moms ID No is ********** 379083. Ref no 0 ********** 486. IPE ********** 4, Receipt number ********** 4. Cashier name AA Halana, Cashier shift741534. Payment type CASH R75,00. Second time we visited was the 27/06/201. Account No ********** 7IRE. invoice number IRE ********** 8. Receipt number ********** 8. Cashiers name E Mokwena. Cashier shift 793055. Payent type CASH R75.00. Form number ********** 0257. No comeback has been receiceved at all and I need her birth certificate for a passport. I was told 6 to 8 weeks and its going on a year. I feel so let down and discouraged by this. The personal attitude and friendliness was terrific and I mean it from the heart but the time that it is taking for something to be done is more tha ridiculous, its a disgrace t the people of South Africa. I felt so sorry for the mothers with teir children sitting in a sardine tin of an office , aircondittioning not working properl,hardly any staff available and tempers ran short, almost to the point of fights. It was 34 % the last tine my son and I were there recently and the organization by members are a damn shame to this country we all ould like to call our home.</p> <p> </p>
