Birth Certificate

I am very dissapointed with Home Affairs in Isipingo Durban, we still haven't received my grandsons birth certificate. We went there in 2019 for a new one...till Today we havent heard from them. Everytime his mother goes there they will tell her to wait for an sms. My grandson was born in July 17 2019, which school will take him without a birth certificate? This is unfair really...if this fails I will go to SABC. My number is *** I need help.
