Birth certificate

I went to department of home affairs in Durban station last year on the 13 of March 2020 to change my son's surname,we had all the required documents and everthing was approved and i was advised that i should have feedback in the next 3 month,and that i would get an sms to come and collect my son's new birth certificate with the new surname,i thought that i would get feedback in July 2020 but than lockdown happened,i waited and waited but still now we are in the month of August 2021 and i have not received any feedback or sms,i have not changed my cell number and still have not received any feedback,so it's been 1 year and 7 months and i have not received any feedback,please contact me my cell jumber is ***
