Birth Certificate

Good day all

Trust you all well

Nikiwe what is the point of having your details listed on the website if you cannot pick up your phone and your cell number.

My problem is that, We came to your office to change my son’s father details to point me id number: ********** 456086 as they were captured wrong by Home Affairs. We filled in all the details and paid the number that we were supposed to pay. This was done October last year 2017. I phoned the offices to check if the change has been done. We were told that the change hasn’t happened.

Now my problem is that. We app**** for the change 7 months ago and the changes have not yet been done. My son’s life is on hold as we cannot print the birth certificate because the father on the certificate is wrong…

Son’s id: ********** 159086 Correct Father’s id: ********** 456086

Wrong father’s id: ********** 654086

This has been going on for 4 years now, off which the mistake was bad by Home affairs… This is really irritating.

Dear Home Affairs Managers It seems to me that you not willing to assist me with this regards. I have attached Senior officials with the hope that you will act on this pending request that was submitted long time ago… If you The Department really cares about South Africans and their kids, you would assist my Child with this issue that was caused by your department in the first place. This has affect my Son in so many ways, we cannot go on a vacation as the Birth Certificate showing a wrong Father. We cannot submit the Birth Certificate at school as it is requested What a poor service the Department has showed us. . I now wonder what, how, where can I get help if the policy and rules makers are not doing the very same policies and rules they created. I guess the Last option I have is to report this to the EFF, Present of the Country and the DA…
