Birth certificate

The father of my child had last app**** for an unabridged birth certificate in October 2015,it was a required from Chris's work to have an unabridged birth certificate before they can issue my child's medical aid.We have been calling home affairs for the past 4 month until to date requesting for assistance and they keep saying the problem has been escalated to the relevant department.This has caused so much stress in our lives because we have to use cash each time we consult.I have tried obtaining the processing department number but I have been informed that they cant give me the number,there is no hope of ever getting assistance because we keep getting the same response everyday.Please assist....
