Birth Certificate

Please assist I went to Department of Home Affairs Newcastle i was treated like a peace of trash sitted there from 8am till 4pm and i was told that they cannot fix the birth certificate for my child whereas they mistake was from their side by putting incorrect details like ID/NAMES for parents under child certificate. I hate the place and the guy who was shouting at me treating me like a trash when i was desperate seeking for help his name its working at Thulane counter 6
