Birth Certificate

I am writing to you as a matter of urgency and simply as a last resort. I app**** for my unabridged birth certificate on 26 June 2019 at the Randburg Home Affairs offices. I have been there several times to check if it has been returned but every time I go I get told to wait for an sms. It has been almost 5 months and still nothing. Please can you urgently assist me with expedite this process of receiving my birth certificate
