I just want say one thing. I have never had a pleasurable experience at any home affairs office in my life with the exception of Richards Bay. They are professional, courteous, smiling and do there job with accuracy and effiency. They have returned mails, whatsapps and calls everytime and have really gone out of there way to help. For the rest of South Africa government Departments, please take a page out Mrs. Mtembu's book. She can teach you a lot. Well done to her and all her staff. You all make a great team. And I have to mention in that as well Bredasdorp DHA . Office. It looks like you guys are on similar path. I had immediate feed back from the Manager when contacting her for information to send to Richards Bay. Thank you for your response. Well done to all of you.
