Benoni home affairs is on a higher grade of bad service

I recently went to Benoni home affairs to just fetch my marriage certificate, we all know that Government sector is known for bad service what is happening at home affairs is worse than the word. I was no. 12 on the and yet it took me 5 hour in the queue to just collect the certificate. there's only 1 lady who is assisting there with collections and guess what...she only help 2 people per 30Mins and is forever walking around. here's the horror whether you pregnant or have a new born in your hands it's none of their business they will keep you on the line for the whole day. I repeat *they help 2 people per 30Mins and forever waking around*
