Benoni Home Affairs Department is USELESS

I have been waiting for years to just collect 2 documents from the Benoni home affairs department. I have been told numerous times that they are still waiting for the documents to be delivered to them. It doesn't help calling their contact number as it just rings. No one can seem to help me sort this out.
