Bellville Home Affairs turns people away at 2pm - even though they only close at 3.30pm

The Bellville Home Affairs office closes at 3.30pm - but when we arrived today at 2pm (a whole one and a half hours before closing!!!) we were rudely told by the security guard that we cannot come in - that its too late and there are too many people inside!

I could perhaps understand it if it was 3pm - but at 2pm it takes bad service, bad attitude and even laziness to a whole new level.
