BELLVILLE HOME AFFAIRS

Department of home affairs Bellville needs to improve on their service delivery people standing for more than 4 hour's outside with 2 staff servicing and not one of the Manager's came outside to see or inform us why we standing like puppets just to collect our documents. Manager Mr Lewis has no clue what's happening at his branch he gave reason's that is excuses and his attitude towards client's needs to serious improve. He allows security guards to manage his queues with no customer service training and feel sorry for the elderly standing with us and further queuing inside..I hope that we see the changes in services but with a leader with that attitude we can forget about it.
