Been calling *** the whole day NO ANSWER

Does anybody work at Krugersdorp Home Affairs - I have tried calling the whole day regarding a passport and nobody answers - it just rings and rings each time and I hold on for a very long time - this is totally unacceptable. I now see it is a company that does not respond well that makes sense.
