Bad treatment Bad attitude Bad Customer service

I went to Port Elizabeth Home Affairs at Gover Mbeki street to print a temporary ID.<br> <br> All went well from the start, cashier and so forth until I reach the general counter. When I got there, there were 3 people waiting unattended. All the general counter officers were sitting in a circle chatting.<br> <br> When I asked...I was chopped and shouted by the officer which was not even wearing a name tag. I investigated and I was told her name is Nomkita Vutuza. Shame on her she lacks a lot of discipline, she does not deserve to be serving the citizens of this country. Nomkita Vutuza is very rude and has bad mouth and attitude.<br> <br> Please help where can I log a formal complaint because I could not find the supervisor in charge.
