Bad treat at Home Affairs

Today my husband and I visited Home Affairs, Johannesburg branch. We encountered on Melusi Zulu who shouted at my husband when we tried to inquire about passports. He treated us like 6 years old. Home Affairs needs to sort this out. We tried to lodge a complaint against him. Unfortunately the lady that we were referred to Thabile Gomo, to lodge a complaint was not helpful at all. If Home Affairs is going to employ third parties i.e. Security personnel can they ensure proper training has been given
