Bad Tellephone Manners

As i called the Head office regarding a question i had as the people are very rude you dont even finish talking the phone gets dropped in your ear it happend to me 3 times i feel this is bad they are here to provide a service and good communication i fell verey dissatisfied,disappointed with this after holding on so long to speak to a consultant then tis happens i hope someone will do something about it.
