Bad Service "They must also note that I'm also bread winner in my family I cant go to home affairs every week without help"

I went to home affairs at Orlando West , Soweto to apply for my child birth certificate when my child was 31 days due to c section complications, then I waited 3months for the interview , I received a call went back for an interview when the have to print my child certificate" they said they are offline" after hours of waiting I went back home. Then I went again during November to print it they sent us home was told that they have closed for child birth certificate I must come back next year February, I made a call they said I must come back and collect it still didn't receive help after long hours of waiting again same reason they said they are offline , what must I do now because I cant take unpaid every week at work for a print out on which I don't get it. my child is 6months now without birth since I app**** while she was one month
